Using Gmail as the Email Sender for iPOS Payroll
When using Gmail as the sender in iPOS Payroll you may need to lower your security settings so that iPOS can login consistently. After you send out a payroll data file using gmail with iPOS Payroll you may get an email from google asking if you want to allow the login (from your site where its logging into google). Once approved, you should be all set from here on out.
To adjust your security settings:Under your google account (go to My Account under your google account icon in the upper right corner of gmail and NOT the gmail settings area), from there go to the Sign-in & Security and then then scroll down to Apps with account access
turn on the Allow less secures apps
