To get updates to your iPOS Payroll interface:

1. Provide access through your firewall(s) to https://incontrolpos.com 
2. Make sure you have an exclusion in your antivirus on the c:\program files\ipospay folder (or c:\program files(x86)\ipospay  for 64 bit systems)
3. You may need to login as the Windows Admin to make sure you have permissions to update the app.
4. To get the update, launch iPOS Payroll, then from the top menu, its Help > Check for updates. Let the update download completely and the restart the app and let iPOS payroll apply the update.
