Each day the Aloha system starts, it creates a subfolder that is named in the following format YYYYMMDD where YYYY= the current year, MM = the current month, DD = the current day. A dated sub for August 11, 2016 would be named 20160811.

1. To locate a dated sub and zip it up for us do the do the following
2. On the Aloha BOH PC, click on computer (or My Computer)
3. You'll see the D or C drive in this window - double click to get onto the D or C drive (Aloha data) - where your Aloha data files exist. 
4. Look for the Bootdrv folder and double click (sometimes, it may just the Aloha folder as in step 4 below)
5. Look for the Aloha folder and double click
6. You're looking at all the dated sub folders (yyyymmdd). 
7. Right mouse click on the folder and select Send to compressed. This will take the entire contents and zip into a file with the zip extension. If you wanted the dated sub for August 11, 2016, it would be called 20160811.zip
8. Upload the dated sub file (zipped of course) to our box.net account that  you have been invited to.
