SSP GL or AP Has Stopped Working

If the SSP GL or SSP AP app has stopped working, make sure the following has been done:


  1. Make sure you have ALL of your Windows updates, including any Optional updates that refer to the .NET Framework
  2. You have a full exclusion on the  C:\Program Files (x86)\SSPAP and C:\Program Files (x86)\SSPGL (for 64 bit systems)  folders or C:\Program Files\SSPAP and C:\Program Files\SSPGL folders (32 bit systems) in your antivirus.
  3. If your antivirus deleted any files from SSP GL or SSP AP, you will need to reinstall. Use the links below to download and reinstall (note, you do not need to uninstall anything)

  1. After you reinstall, make sure you get the latest version under Help > Check for updates
