Missing Sales in iPOS GL for Aloha

If you have days where the sales are missing you need to go to the Aloha BOH PC and launch the iPOS SQL./Connect application.
  1. Verify that iPOS SQL/Connect comes up with your store name. If it can't connect to our server, it can't upload any sales data.
  2. Hit the Upload My Data button. The display will show the dates that are being uploaded.


After the upload has completed, go back to the iPOS GL application and restart it. You should now see the sales.


If you had any errors in the steps above, you need to ensure that your iPOS SQL/Connect can reach our server at https://data.myposinfo.com. This site must be whitelisted for bi-directional access on port 443 (https). Addition, our uploader service must be running.
