JOURNAL.DBF for iPOS GL

iPOS GL uses the POSitouch JOURNAL.DBF file for the data to post to QuickBooks. You can copy the JOURNAL.DBF file from your POSitouch system to the iPOS GL so you can post your journal data to QuickBooks.

  1. The JOURNAL.DBF file is found in the DBF folder on the POSDriver (either C:\DBF or L:\DBF)
  2. Copy this file to a flash driver, or email it to yourself.
  3. On the QuickBooks PC where you have iPOS GL installed, look to see where this app is looking for the JOURNAL.DBF fileLaunch iPOS GL and then under Setup > General Setup: DBF Journal folder
  4. Copy the JOURNAL.DBF to the folder above
