For us to download and install the iPOS Payroll interface for Micros we need a few URL's whitelisted and your antivirus and windows admin settings. We use Zoho or Splashtop for remote access. The iPOS Payroll interface is installed on the Micros BOH PC. Below is the list of requirements.

If you want to use our built in email client to auto email the paydata import file we need our SMTP server whitelisted

Antivirus
Make sure you have an exclusion in your antivirus on the c:\program files\ipospay folder (or c:\program files(x86)\ipospay for 64 bit systems). We need to make sure we can download the app and run our installer without getting quarantined during the process.
Windows
We will need Windows Admin access to run our installer on the Micros BOH PC
Micros Access (SQLAnywhere Database)
We use the standard default user name and password of custom/custom to connect to the Sql Anywhere database (for read only access). If that username and password combination is different, you will need to have that available for us to connect to Micros.
