iPOS Payroll for Aloha Install Requirements

iPOS Payroll for Aloha Install Requirements

For us to download and install the iPOS Payroll interface for Aloha we need a few URL's whitelisted and your antivirus and windows admin settings. We use Zoho or Splashtop for remote access. The iPOS Payroll interface is installed on the Aloha BOH PC. Below is the list of requirements.

Firewall whitelist for our remote access
https://sos.splashtop.com

InControl whitelist for software download and product updates
https://incontrolpos.com/

If you want to use our built in email client to auto email the paydata import file we need our SMTP server whitelisted
mail.smtp2go.com on port 2525

Antivirus
Make sure you have an exclusion in your antivirus on the c:\program files\ipospay folder (or c:\program files(x86)\ipospay  for 64 bit systems). We need to make sure we can download the app and run our installer without getting quarantined during he process.

Windows
We will need Windows Admin access to run our installer on the Aloha BOH PC
