Download and install the app from here:

- Download and install on the Micros BOH PC
- After it downloads , double click to install. - click through all the prompts.
- Make sure that the c:\programdata\ipospay folder has full access (read/write) for all users. Right mouse click on this folder and go to the security tab and verify all users have Full Access. NOTE: If programdata is hidden, then through the MyComputer menu bar for Organize > Folder & search options in the View Tab: Select the option for Show hidden files, folders and drives.
- Now get the latest update for iPOS Payroll. From the top menu bar > Help > Check for updates. Let it download completely, then restart the app.
- The upgrade will automatically install, and just wait it out.
- Test the app under the POS user to see if it comes up.
- We use the standard default user name and password of custom/custom to connect to the Sql Anywhere database (for read only access). If that username and password combination is different, you will need to have that available for us to connect to Micros..
- To get future updates, you will need access through the firewall to https://www.incontrolpos.com and http://www.incontrolpos.com
- For us to remote in and configure iPOS Payroll we use gotoassist and need access through your firewall to https://www.fastsupport.com and https://launch.getgo.com
- Make sure you have an exclusion in your antivirus on the c:\program files\ipospay folder (or c:\program files(x86)\ipospay for 64 bit systems)
- If you want to email the payroll import datat file out iPOS Payroll you will need to allow access through your firewall for mail.smtp2go.com on port 2525.
